This Privacy Policy describes how JYR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, including but not limited to Jigsaw & : Relaxing Puzzles (“Apps”). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email, or address within the Apps. Depending on the features you use, we and our service providers may process:
- Device & usage data: device model, OS version, language, country, app version, crash logs, performance metrics.
- Advertising identifiers: e.g., Google Advertising ID (resettable) for ad personalization/measurement if enabled on your device.
- Analytics events: session length, screens viewed, in-app actions (e.g., level starts/completions), approximate location (country/region) derived from IP.
- Purchase data (if IAP is enabled): product ID, timestamp, and validation tokens—no payment card data is processed by us.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core functionality of the Apps (gameplay, cloud features).
- Improve stability and performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Show ads and measure their effectiveness (if Ads are enabled).
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve levels, balance, and features.
3. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may include the following SDKs/services which process data under their own policies:
- Google AdMob (ads & measurement). Policy: Google Ads Policy.
- Firebase (Analytics/Crashlytics). Policy: Firebase Privacy.
- Google Play (billing, sign-in, app signing). Policy: Google Privacy.

4. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
5. Data Retention
We retain analytics and error logs only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and as permitted by our providers’ default retention periods.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed via the Apps. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
- Reset/limit ads personalization in your device settings.
- Opt-out of analytics where supported by the SDK/provider settings.
- Uninstall the App to stop all data collection by the App.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We rely on our providers’ safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date above.
